Each cabin comes with it's own fire pit, Weber grill, picnic table w/umbrella and deck chairs. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, and dishes.  We supply the bed linens and extra bedding if needed. Bring your own towels and paper products. Check-In anytime after 3:00 PM and Check-Out is by 9:00 AM. Cabin Deposit is $200 per cabin per week. Rates are based on the occupancy listed, additional guests will be charged accordingly. Additional occupancy is $100 per week/ $20 per day. Day guests $10 per day per person. (age 2 & under stay free) All rates are subject to 6.875% sales tax and 3% local lodging tax. We accept Visa & MC. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are due within 10 days after the reservation has been made or receipt of confirmation notice.  Deposits are non-refundable on or after April 1st of the year that your reservation was made for.  **Deposits are transferable to another week or cabin during the same calendar year. Guests are responsible for entire reservation. We do not apply credit for late arrivals or early departures. **based on availability

Pet Policy: $65.00 fee per dog PLUS a refundable damage deposit. For enjoyment of all guests, dogs are welcome only by prior arrangement and necessity. Cats or any other pet is not allowed. You are responsible to keep them leashed at all times and to pick up after them when on the premises. They are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture and are not to be left unattended in the cabins or tied up by stakes. Because of this, we recommend you bring a portable kennel. This has worked well for our guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by any pet. For enjoyment of all of our guests, exception to any policy above will not be tolerated.
